كَلَّالَمَّايَقْضِمَآأَمَرَهُۥ٢٣
kallā lammā yaqḍi mā amarahu
No! He [i.e., man] has not yet accomplished what He commanded him.(23)

كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ
