لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Quran 44:8 is ayah 8 of Surah Ad-Dukhan (“The Smoke”), a Meccan surah of 59 ayahs. It is in Juz 25, on page 496 of the Madani Mushaf.

44:8

لَآإِلَٰهَإِلَّاهُوَيُحْىِۦوَيُمِيتُ ۖرَبُّكُمْوَرَبُّءَابَآئِكُمُٱلْأَوَّلِينَ٨

lā ilāha illā huwa yuḥ'yī wayumītu rabbukum warabbu ābāikumu l-awalīna

There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death. [He is] your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers.(8)
