قُلْ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَعْصِمُكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ سُوٓءًا أَوْ أَرَادَ بِكُمْ …

Quran 33:17 is ayah 17 of Surah Al-Ahzab (“The Combined Forces”), a Medinan surah of 73 ayahs. It is in Juz 21, on page 420 of the Madani Mushaf.

33:17
قُلْمَنذَاٱلَّذِىيَعْصِمُكُممِّنَٱللَّهِإِنْأَرَادَبِكُمْسُوٓءًاأَوْأَرَادَبِكُمْرَحْمَةً ۚوَلَايَجِدُونَلَهُممِّندُونِٱللَّهِوَلِيًّاوَلَانَصِيرًا١٧
qul man dhā alladhī yaʿṣimukum mina l-lahi in arāda bikum sūan aw arāda bikum raḥmatan walā yajidūna lahum min dūni l-lahi waliyyan walā naṣīran

Say, "Who is it that can protect you from Allāh if He intends for you an ill or intends for you a mercy?" And they will not find for themselves besides Allāh any protector or any helper.(17)
