87:3
وَٱلَّذِىقَدَّرَفَهَدَىٰ٣
wa-alladhī qaddara fahadā
And who destined and [then] guided(3)
Surah Al-A'la, Ayah 3 (87:3)
ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ
وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ
