Surah Al-An'am, Ayah 39 (6:39)

ٱلْأَنْعَام

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بَِٔايَٰتِنَا صُمٌّ وَبُكْمٌ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ ۗ مَن يَشَإِ ٱللَّهُ يُضْلِلْهُ وَمَن …

Quran 6:39 is ayah 39 of Surah Al-An'am (“The Cattle”), a Meccan surah of 165 ayahs. It is in Juz 7, on page 132 of the Madani Mushaf.

6:39
وَٱلَّذِينَكَذَّبُوا۟بَِٔايَٰتِنَاصُمٌّوَبُكْمٌفِىٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ ۗمَنيَشَإِٱللَّهُيُضْلِلْهُوَمَنيَشَأْيَجْعَلْهُعَلَىٰصِرَٰطٍمُّسْتَقِيمٍ٣٩
wa-alladhīna kadhabū biāyātinā ṣummun wabuk'mun fī l-ẓulumāti man yasha-i l-lahu yuḍ'lil'hu waman yasha yajʿalhu ʿalā ṣirāṭin mus'taqīmin

But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allāh wills - He sends astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.(39)
