Surah Al-Anbya, Ayah 28 (21:28)

ٱلْأَنْبِيَاء

يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا يَشْفَعُونَ إِلَّا لِمَنِ ٱرْتَضَىٰ وَهُم مِّنْ …

Quran 21:28 is ayah 28 of Surah Al-Anbya (“The Prophets”), a Meccan surah of 112 ayahs. It is in Juz 17, on page 324 of the Madani Mushaf.

21:28
يَعْلَمُمَابَيْنَأَيْدِيهِمْوَمَاخَلْفَهُمْوَلَايَشْفَعُونَإِلَّالِمَنِٱرْتَضَىٰوَهُممِّنْخَشْيَتِهِۦمُشْفِقُونَ٢٨
yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wamā khalfahum walā yashfaʿūna illā limani ir'taḍā wahum min khashyatihi mush'fiqūna

He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive.(28)
