Surah Al-'Ankabut, Ayah 23 (29:23)

ٱلْعَنْكَبُوت

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بَِٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِقَآئِهِۦٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَئِسُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَتِى وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ …

Quran 29:23 is ayah 23 of Surah Al-'Ankabut (“The Spider”), a Meccan surah of 69 ayahs. It is in Juz 20, on page 398 of the Madani Mushaf.

29:23
وَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟بَِٔايَٰتِٱللَّهِوَلِقَآئِهِۦٓأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَيَئِسُوا۟مِنرَّحْمَتِىوَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَلَهُمْعَذَابٌأَلِيمٌ٢٣
wa-alladhīna kafarū biāyāti l-lahi waliqāihi ulāika ya-isū min raḥmatī wa-ulāika lahum ʿadhābun alīmun

And the ones who disbelieve in the signs of Allāh and the meeting with Him - those have despaired of My mercy, and they will have a painful punishment.(23)
