إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مُتَبَّرٌ مَّا هُمْ فِيهِ وَبَٰطِلٌ مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

Quran 7:139 is ayah 139 of Surah Al-A'raf (“The Heights”), a Meccan surah of 206 ayahs. It is in Juz 9, on page 167 of the Madani Mushaf.

7:139

إِنَّهَٰٓؤُلَآءِمُتَبَّرٌمَّاهُمْفِيهِوَبَٰطِلٌمَّاكَانُوا۟يَعْمَلُونَ١٣٩

inna hāulāi mutabbarun mā hum fīhi wabāṭilun mā kānū yaʿmalūna

Indeed, those [worshippers] - destroyed is that in which they are [engaged], and worthless is whatever they were doing."(139)
