Quran 7:23 is ayah 23 of Surah Al-A'raf (“The Heights”), a Meccan surah of 206 ayahs. It is in Juz 8, on page 153 of the Madani Mushaf.

قَالَارَبَّنَاظَلَمْنَآأَنفُسَنَاوَإِنلَّمْتَغْفِرْلَنَاوَتَرْحَمْنَالَنَكُونَنَّمِنَٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ٢٣
qālā rabbanā ẓalamnā anfusanā wa-in lam taghfir lanā watarḥamnā lanakūnanna mina l-khāsirīna

They said, "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers."(23)
