Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 205 (2:205)

ٱلْبَقَرَة

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ ٱلْحَرْثَ وَٱلنَّسْلَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ …

Quran 2:205 is ayah 205 of Surah Al-Baqarah (“The Cow”), a Medinan surah of 286 ayahs. It is in Juz 2, on page 32 of the Madani Mushaf.

2:205
وَإِذَاتَوَلَّىٰسَعَىٰفِىٱلْأَرْضِلِيُفْسِدَفِيهَاوَيُهْلِكَٱلْحَرْثَوَٱلنَّسْلَ ۗوَٱللَّهُلَايُحِبُّٱلْفَسَادَ٢٠٥
wa-idhā tawallā saʿā fī l-arḍi liyuf'sida fīhā wayuh'lika l-ḥartha wal-nasla wal-lahu lā yuḥibbu l-fasāda

And when he goes away, he strives throughout the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animals. And Allāh does not like corruption.(205)
