ٱلْحَجّ

أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَتَكُونَ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ يَعْقِلُونَ بِهَآ أَوْ ءَاذَانٌ …

Quran 22:46 is ayah 46 of Surah Al-Hajj (“The Pilgrimage”), a Medinan surah of 78 ayahs. It is in Juz 17, on page 337 of the Madani Mushaf.

22:46
أَفَلَمْيَسِيرُوا۟فِىٱلْأَرْضِفَتَكُونَلَهُمْقُلُوبٌيَعْقِلُونَبِهَآأَوْءَاذَانٌيَسْمَعُونَبِهَا ۖفَإِنَّهَالَاتَعْمَىٱلْأَبْصَٰرُوَلَٰكِنتَعْمَىٱلْقُلُوبُٱلَّتِىفِىٱلصُّدُورِ٤٦
afalam yasīrū fī l-arḍi fatakūna lahum qulūbun yaʿqilūna bihā aw ādhānun yasmaʿūna bihā fa-innahā lā taʿmā l-abṣāru walākin taʿmā l-qulūbu allatī fī l-ṣudūri

So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.(46)
