إِذًا لَّأَذَقْنَٰكَ ضِعْفَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ وَضِعْفَ ٱلْمَمَاتِ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ عَلَيْنَا نَصِيرًا

Quran 17:75 is ayah 75 of Surah Al-Isra (“The Night Journey”), a Meccan surah of 111 ayahs. It is in Juz 15, on page 289 of the Madani Mushaf.

إِذًالَّأَذَقْنَٰكَضِعْفَٱلْحَيَوٰةِوَضِعْفَٱلْمَمَاتِثُمَّلَاتَجِدُلَكَعَلَيْنَانَصِيرًا٧٥

idhan la-adhaqnāka ḍiʿ'fa l-ḥayati waḍiʿ'fa l-mamāti thumma lā tajidu laka ʿalaynā naṣīran

Then [if you had], We would have made you taste double [punishment in] life and double [after] death. Then you would not find for yourself against Us a helper.(75)
