Quran 45:10 is ayah 10 of Surah Al-Jathiyah (“The Crouching”), a Meccan surah of 37 ayahs. It is in Juz 25, on page 499 of the Madani Mushaf.

45:10
مِّنوَرَآئِهِمْجَهَنَّمُ ۖوَلَايُغْنِىعَنْهُممَّاكَسَبُوا۟شَئًْاوَلَامَاٱتَّخَذُوا۟مِندُونِٱللَّهِأَوْلِيَآءَ ۖوَلَهُمْعَذَابٌعَظِيمٌ١٠
min warāihim jahannamu walā yugh'nī ʿanhum mā kasabū shayan walā mā ittakhadhū min dūni l-lahi awliyāa walahum ʿadhābun ʿaẓīmun

Before them is Hell, and what they had earned will not avail them at all nor what they had taken besides Allāh as allies. And they will have a great punishment.(10)
