Surah Al-Jathiyah, Ayah 15 (45:15)

ٱلْجَاثِيَة

مَنْ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَنْ أَسَآءَ فَعَلَيْهَا ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ

Quran 45:15 is ayah 15 of Surah Al-Jathiyah (“The Crouching”), a Meccan surah of 37 ayahs. It is in Juz 25, on page 500 of the Madani Mushaf.

مَنْعَمِلَصَٰلِحًافَلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖوَمَنْأَسَآءَفَعَلَيْهَا ۖثُمَّإِلَىٰرَبِّكُمْتُرْجَعُونَ١٥
man ʿamila ṣāliḥan falinafsihi waman asāa faʿalayhā thumma ilā rabbikum tur'jaʿūna

Whoever does a good deed - it is for himself; and whoever does evil - it is against it [i.e., the self or soul]. Then to your Lord you will be returned.(15)
