وَأَمَّامَنۢبَخِلَوَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ٨
wa-ammā man bakhila wa-is'taghnā
But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need(8)

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ
