70:40
فَلَآأُقْسِمُبِرَبِّٱلْمَشَٰرِقِوَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِإِنَّالَقَٰدِرُونَ٤٠
falā uq'simu birabbi l-mashāriqi wal-maghāribi innā laqādirūna
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able(40)

ٱلْمَعَارِج
فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ
Quran 70:40 is ayah 40 of Surah Al-Ma'arij (“The Ascending Stairways”), a Meccan surah of 44 ayahs. It is in Juz 29, on page 569 of the Madani Mushaf.
