Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 24 (5:24)

ٱلْمَائِدَة

قَالُوا۟ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَن نَّدْخُلَهَآ أَبَدًا مَّا دَامُوا۟ فِيهَا ۖ فَٱذْهَبْ أَنتَ وَرَبُّكَ …

Quran 5:24 is ayah 24 of Surah Al-Ma'idah (“The Table Spread”), a Medinan surah of 120 ayahs. It is in Juz 6, on page 112 of the Madani Mushaf.

قَالُوا۟يَٰمُوسَىٰٓإِنَّالَننَّدْخُلَهَآأَبَدًامَّادَامُوا۟فِيهَا ۖفَٱذْهَبْأَنتَوَرَبُّكَفَقَٰتِلَآإِنَّاهَٰهُنَاقَٰعِدُونَ٢٤
qālū yāmūsā innā lan nadkhulahā abadan mā dāmū fīhā fa-idh'hab anta warabbuka faqātilā innā hāhunā qāʿidūna

They said, "O Moses, indeed we will not enter it, ever, as long as they are within it; so go, you and your Lord, and fight. Indeed, we are remaining right here."(24)
