Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 29 (5:29)

ٱلْمَائِدَة

إِنِّىٓ أُرِيدُ أَن تَبُوٓأَ بِإِثْمِى وَإِثْمِكَ فَتَكُونَ مِنْ أَصْحَٰبِ ٱلنَّارِ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَٰٓؤُا۟ …

Quran 5:29 is ayah 29 of Surah Al-Ma'idah (“The Table Spread”), a Medinan surah of 120 ayahs. It is in Juz 6, on page 112 of the Madani Mushaf.

5:29
إِنِّىٓأُرِيدُأَنتَبُوٓأَبِإِثْمِىوَإِثْمِكَفَتَكُونَمِنْأَصْحَٰبِٱلنَّارِ ۚوَذَٰلِكَجَزَٰٓؤُا۟ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ٢٩
innī urīdu an tabūa bi-ith'mī wa-ith'mika fatakūna min aṣḥābi l-nāri wadhālika jazāu l-ẓālimīna

Indeed, I want you to obtain [thereby] my sin and your sin so you will be among the companions of the Fire. And that is the recompense of wrongdoers."(29)
