ٱلْمُلْك

قُلْ هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَ وَٱلْأَفِْٔدَةَ ۖ قَلِيلًا مَّا …

Quran 67:23 is ayah 23 of Surah Al-Mulk (“The Sovereignty”), a Meccan surah of 30 ayahs. It is in Juz 29, on page 563 of the Madani Mushaf.

67:23
قُلْهُوَٱلَّذِىٓأَنشَأَكُمْوَجَعَلَلَكُمُٱلسَّمْعَوَٱلْأَبْصَٰرَوَٱلْأَفِْٔدَةَ ۖقَلِيلًامَّاتَشْكُرُونَ٢٣
qul huwa alladhī ansha-akum wajaʿala lakumu l-samʿa wal-abṣāra wal-afidata qalīlan mā tashkurūna

Say, "It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful."(23)
