Surah Al-Qalam, Ayah 33 (68:33)

ٱلْقَلَم

كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلَْٔاخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ

Quran 68:33 is ayah 33 of Surah Al-Qalam (“The Pen”), a Meccan surah of 52 ayahs. It is in Juz 29, on page 565 of the Madani Mushaf.

68:33
كَذَٰلِكَٱلْعَذَابُ ۖوَلَعَذَابُٱلَْٔاخِرَةِأَكْبَرُ ۚلَوْكَانُوا۟يَعْلَمُونَ٣٣
kadhālika l-ʿadhābu walaʿadhābu l-ākhirati akbaru law kānū yaʿlamūna

Such is the punishment [of this world]. And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.(33)
