28:39
وَٱسْتَكْبَرَهُوَوَجُنُودُهُۥفِىٱلْأَرْضِبِغَيْرِٱلْحَقِّوَظَنُّوٓا۟أَنَّهُمْإِلَيْنَالَايُرْجَعُونَ٣٩
wa-is'takbara huwa wajunūduhu fī l-arḍi bighayri l-ḥaqi waẓannū annahum ilaynā lā yur'jaʿūna
And he was arrogant, he and his soldiers, in the land, without right, and they thought that they would not be returned to Us.(39)
