وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً …

Quran 28:5 is ayah 5 of Surah Al-Qasas (“The Stories”), a Meccan surah of 88 ayahs. It is in Juz 20, on page 385 of the Madani Mushaf.

28:5

وَنُرِيدُأَننَّمُنَّعَلَىٱلَّذِينَٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟فِىٱلْأَرْضِوَنَجْعَلَهُمْأَئِمَّةًوَنَجْعَلَهُمُٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ٥

wanurīdu an namunna ʿalā alladhīna us'tuḍ'ʿifū fī l-arḍi wanajʿalahum a-immatan wanajʿalahumu l-wārithīna

And We wanted to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors(5)
