Surah Al-Qasas, Ayah 72 (28:72)

ٱلْقَصَص

قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلنَّهَارَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ مَنْ …

Quran 28:72 is ayah 72 of Surah Al-Qasas (“The Stories”), a Meccan surah of 88 ayahs. It is in Juz 20, on page 394 of the Madani Mushaf.

28:72
قُلْأَرَءَيْتُمْإِنجَعَلَٱللَّهُعَلَيْكُمُٱلنَّهَارَسَرْمَدًاإِلَىٰيَوْمِٱلْقِيَٰمَةِمَنْإِلَٰهٌغَيْرُٱللَّهِيَأْتِيكُمبِلَيْلٍتَسْكُنُونَفِيهِ ۖأَفَلَاتُبْصِرُونَ٧٢
qul ara-aytum in jaʿala l-lahu ʿalaykumu l-nahāra sarmadan ilā yawmi l-qiyāmati man ilāhun ghayru l-lahi yatīkum bilaylin taskunūna fīhi afalā tub'ṣirūna

Say, "Have you considered: if Allāh should make for you the day continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allāh could bring you a night in which you may rest? Then will you not see?"(72)
