Surah Ali 'Imran, Ayah 129 (3:129)

آلِ عِمْرَان

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ …

Quran 3:129 is ayah 129 of Surah Ali 'Imran (“Family of Imran”), a Medinan surah of 200 ayahs. It is in Juz 4, on page 66 of the Madani Mushaf.

3:129
وَلِلَّهِمَافِىٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَمَافِىٱلْأَرْضِ ۚيَغْفِرُلِمَنيَشَآءُوَيُعَذِّبُمَنيَشَآءُ ۚوَٱللَّهُغَفُورٌرَّحِيمٌ١٢٩
walillahi mā fī l-samāwāti wamā fī l-arḍi yaghfiru liman yashāu wayuʿadhibu man yashāu wal-lahu ghafūrun raḥīmun

And to Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.(129)
