Surah Ali 'Imran, Ayah 146 (3:146)

آلِ عِمْرَان

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِىٍّ قَٰتَلَ مَعَهُۥ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُوا۟ لِمَآ أَصَابَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ …

Quran 3:146 is ayah 146 of Surah Ali 'Imran (“Family of Imran”), a Medinan surah of 200 ayahs. It is in Juz 4, on page 68 of the Madani Mushaf.

3:146
وَكَأَيِّنمِّننَّبِىٍّقَٰتَلَمَعَهُۥرِبِّيُّونَكَثِيرٌفَمَاوَهَنُوا۟لِمَآأَصَابَهُمْفِىسَبِيلِٱللَّهِوَمَاضَعُفُوا۟وَمَاٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ ۗوَٱللَّهُيُحِبُّٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ١٤٦
waka-ayyin min nabiyyin qātala maʿahu ribbiyyūna kathīrun famā wahanū limā aṣābahum fī sabīli l-lahi wamā ḍaʿufū wamā is'takānū wal-lahu yuḥibbu l-ṣābirīna

And how many a prophet [fought in battle and] with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allāh, nor did they weaken or submit. And Allāh loves the steadfast.(146)
