Quran 53:28 is ayah 28 of Surah An-Najm (“The Star”), a Meccan surah of 62 ayahs. It is in Juz 27, on page 527 of the Madani Mushaf.

53:28

وَمَالَهُمبِهِۦمِنْعِلْمٍ ۖإِنيَتَّبِعُونَإِلَّاٱلظَّنَّ ۖوَإِنَّٱلظَّنَّلَايُغْنِىمِنَٱلْحَقِّشَئًْا٢٨

wamā lahum bihi min ʿil'min in yattabiʿūna illā l-ẓana wa-inna l-ẓana lā yugh'nī mina l-ḥaqi shayan

And they have thereof no knowledge. They follow not except assumption, and indeed, assumption avails not against the truth at all.(28)
