Surah An-Nisa, Ayah 54 (4:54)

ٱلنِّسَاء

أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ عَلَىٰ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۖ فَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَآ ءَالَ …

Quran 4:54 is ayah 54 of Surah An-Nisa (“The Women”), a Medinan surah of 176 ayahs. It is in Juz 5, on page 87 of the Madani Mushaf.

4:54
أَمْيَحْسُدُونَٱلنَّاسَعَلَىٰمَآءَاتَىٰهُمُٱللَّهُمِنفَضْلِهِۦ ۖفَقَدْءَاتَيْنَآءَالَإِبْرَٰهِيمَٱلْكِتَٰبَوَٱلْحِكْمَةَوَءَاتَيْنَٰهُممُّلْكًاعَظِيمًا٥٤
am yaḥsudūna l-nāsa ʿalā mā ātāhumu l-lahu min faḍlihi faqad ātaynā āla ib'rāhīma l-kitāba wal-ḥik'mata waātaynāhum mul'kan ʿaẓīman

Or do they envy people for what Allāh has given them of His bounty? But We had already given the family of Abraham the Scripture and wisdom and conferred upon them a great kingdom.(54)
