ٱلرُّوم

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَلَهُ ٱلْمَثَلُ …

Quran 30:27 is ayah 27 of Surah Ar-Rum (“The Romans”), a Meccan surah of 60 ayahs. It is in Juz 21, on page 407 of the Madani Mushaf.

30:27
وَهُوَٱلَّذِىيَبْدَؤُا۟ٱلْخَلْقَثُمَّيُعِيدُهُۥوَهُوَأَهْوَنُعَلَيْهِ ۚوَلَهُٱلْمَثَلُٱلْأَعْلَىٰفِىٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚوَهُوَٱلْعَزِيزُٱلْحَكِيمُ٢٧
wahuwa alladhī yabda-u l-khalqa thumma yuʿīduhu wahuwa ahwanu ʿalayhi walahu l-mathalu l-aʿlā fī l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wahuwa l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

And it is He who begins creation; then He repeats it, and that is [even] easier for Him. To Him belongs the highest description [i.e., attribute] in the heavens and earth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.(27)
