إِنَّا نَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Quran 26:51 is ayah 51 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara (“The Poets”), a Meccan surah of 227 ayahs. It is in Juz 19, on page 369 of the Madani Mushaf.

26:51

إِنَّانَطْمَعُأَنيَغْفِرَلَنَارَبُّنَاخَطَٰيَٰنَآأَنكُنَّآأَوَّلَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ٥١

innā naṭmaʿu an yaghfira lanā rabbunā khaṭāyānā an kunnā awwala l-mu'minīna

Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."(51)
