Surah Ash-Shuraa, Ayah 28 (42:28)

ٱلشُّورَىٰ

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ ٱلْغَيْثَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا۟ وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُۥ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْوَلِىُّ …

Quran 42:28 is ayah 28 of Surah Ash-Shuraa (“The Consultation”), a Meccan surah of 53 ayahs. It is in Juz 25, on page 486 of the Madani Mushaf.

42:28
وَهُوَٱلَّذِىيُنَزِّلُٱلْغَيْثَمِنۢبَعْدِمَاقَنَطُوا۟وَيَنشُرُرَحْمَتَهُۥ ۚوَهُوَٱلْوَلِىُّٱلْحَمِيدُ٢٨
wahuwa alladhī yunazzilu l-ghaytha min baʿdi mā qanaṭū wayanshuru raḥmatahu wahuwa l-waliyu l-ḥamīdu

And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.(28)
