ذِىقُوَّةٍعِندَذِىٱلْعَرْشِمَكِينٍ٢٠
dhī quwwatin ʿinda dhī l-ʿarshi makīnin
[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],(20)
