ٱلتَّوْبَة

۞ إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَْٔذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَآءُ ۚ رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ …

Quran 9:93 is ayah 93 of Surah At-Tawbah (“The Repentance”), a Medinan surah of 129 ayahs. It is in Juz 11, on page 201 of the Madani Mushaf.

9:93
۞ إِنَّمَاٱلسَّبِيلُعَلَىٱلَّذِينَيَسْتَْٔذِنُونَكَوَهُمْأَغْنِيَآءُ ۚرَضُوا۟بِأَنيَكُونُوا۟مَعَٱلْخَوَالِفِوَطَبَعَٱللَّهُعَلَىٰقُلُوبِهِمْفَهُمْلَايَعْلَمُونَ٩٣
innamā l-sabīlu ʿalā alladhīna yastadhinūnaka wahum aghniyāu raḍū bi-an yakūnū maʿa l-khawālifi waṭabaʿa l-lahu ʿalā qulūbihim fahum lā yaʿlamūna

The cause [for blame] is only upon those who ask permission of you while they are rich. They are satisfied to be with those who stay behind, and Allāh has sealed over their hearts, so they do not know.(93)
