فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِىٓ أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْخِزْىِ فِى …

Quran 41:16 is ayah 16 of Surah Fussilat (“Explained in Detail”), a Meccan surah of 54 ayahs. It is in Juz 24, on page 478 of the Madani Mushaf.

41:16
فَأَرْسَلْنَاعَلَيْهِمْرِيحًاصَرْصَرًافِىٓأَيَّامٍنَّحِسَاتٍلِّنُذِيقَهُمْعَذَابَٱلْخِزْىِفِىٱلْحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنْيَا ۖوَلَعَذَابُٱلَْٔاخِرَةِأَخْزَىٰ ۖوَهُمْلَايُنصَرُونَ١٦
fa-arsalnā ʿalayhim rīḥan ṣarṣaran fī ayyāmin naḥisātin linudhīqahum ʿadhāba l-khiz'yi fī l-ḥayati l-dun'yā walaʿadhābu l-ākhirati akhzā wahum lā yunṣarūna

So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune to make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the worldly life; but the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgracing, and they will not be helped.(16)
