40:71
إِذِٱلْأَغْلَٰلُفِىٓأَعْنَٰقِهِمْوَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُيُسْحَبُونَ٧١
idhi l-aghlālu fī aʿnāqihim wal-salāsilu yus'ḥabūna
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged(71)

غَافِر
إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
