Surah Sad, Ayah 10 (38:10)

أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَٰبِ

Quran 38:10 is ayah 10 of Surah Sad (“The Letter "Saad"”), a Meccan surah of 88 ayahs. It is in Juz 23, on page 453 of the Madani Mushaf.

38:10

أَمْلَهُممُّلْكُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِوَمَابَيْنَهُمَا ۖفَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟فِىٱلْأَسْبَٰبِ١٠

am lahum mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wamā baynahumā falyartaqū fī l-asbābi

Or is theirs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and what is between them? Then let them ascend through [any] ways of access.(10)
