Surah Sad, Ayah 8 (38:8)

أَءُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلذِّكْرُ مِنۢ بَيْنِنَا ۚ بَلْ هُمْ فِى شَكٍّ مِّن ذِكْرِى ۖ بَل لَّمَّا …

Quran 38:8 is ayah 8 of Surah Sad (“The Letter "Saad"”), a Meccan surah of 88 ayahs. It is in Juz 23, on page 453 of the Madani Mushaf.

أَءُنزِلَعَلَيْهِٱلذِّكْرُمِنۢبَيْنِنَا ۚبَلْهُمْفِىشَكٍّمِّنذِكْرِى ۖبَللَّمَّايَذُوقُوا۟عَذَابِ٨

a-unzila ʿalayhi l-dhik'ru min bayninā bal hum fī shakkin min dhik'rī bal lammā yadhūqū ʿadhābi

Has the message been revealed to him out of [all of] us?" Rather, they are in doubt about My message. Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.(8)
