وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تُؤْمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَيَجْعَلُ ٱلرِّجْسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا …

Quran 10:100 is ayah 100 of Surah Yunus (“Jonah”), a Meccan surah of 109 ayahs. It is in Juz 11, on page 220 of the Madani Mushaf.

10:100
وَمَاكَانَلِنَفْسٍأَنتُؤْمِنَإِلَّابِإِذْنِٱللَّهِ ۚوَيَجْعَلُٱلرِّجْسَعَلَىٱلَّذِينَلَايَعْقِلُونَ١٠٠
wamā kāna linafsin an tu'mina illā bi-idh'ni l-lahi wayajʿalu l-rij'sa ʿalā alladhīna lā yaʿqilūna

And it is not for a soul [i.e., anyone] to believe except by permission of Allāh, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason.(100)
