Surah Al-A'raf, Ayah 185 (7:185)

ٱلْأَعْرَاف

أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُوا۟ فِى مَلَكُوتِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ مِن شَىْءٍ وَأَنْ …

Quran 7:185 is ayah 185 of Surah Al-A'raf (“The Heights”), a Meccan surah of 206 ayahs. It is in Juz 9, on page 174 of the Madani Mushaf.

7:185
أَوَلَمْيَنظُرُوا۟فِىمَلَكُوتِٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِوَمَاخَلَقَٱللَّهُمِنشَىْءٍوَأَنْعَسَىٰٓأَنيَكُونَقَدِٱقْتَرَبَأَجَلُهُمْ ۖفَبِأَىِّحَدِيثٍۭبَعْدَهُۥيُؤْمِنُونَ١٨٥
awalam yanẓurū fī malakūti l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wamā khalaqa l-lahu min shayin wa-an ʿasā an yakūna qadi iq'taraba ajaluhum fabi-ayyi ḥadīthin baʿdahu yu'minūna

Do they not look into the realm of the heavens and the earth and everything that Allāh has created and [think] that perhaps their appointed time has come near? So in what statement [i.e., message] hereafter will they believe?(185)

فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ

(In what message after this will they then believe) Allah says, what more warnings, and discouragements should compel them to believe, if the warnings and threats that Muhammad ﷺ brought them from Allah in His Book do not compel them to do so Allah said next,
