Surah Al-Mujadila, Ayah 19 (58:19)

ٱلْمُجَادِلَة

ٱسْتَحْوَذَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ فَأَنسَىٰهُمْ ذِكْرَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حِزْبُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ۚ أَلَآ …

Quran 58:19 is ayah 19 of Surah Al-Mujadila (“The Pleading Woman”), a Medinan surah of 22 ayahs. It is in Juz 28, on page 544 of the Madani Mushaf.

58:19
ٱسْتَحْوَذَعَلَيْهِمُٱلشَّيْطَٰنُفَأَنسَىٰهُمْذِكْرَٱللَّهِ ۚأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَحِزْبُٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ۚأَلَآإِنَّحِزْبَٱلشَّيْطَٰنِهُمُٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ١٩
is'taḥwadha ʿalayhimu l-shayṭānu fa-ansāhum dhik'ra l-lahi ulāika ḥiz'bu l-shayṭāni alā inna ḥiz'ba l-shayṭāni humu l-khāsirūna

Satan has overcome them and made them forget the remembrance of Allāh. Those are the party of Satan. Unquestionably, the party of Satan - they will be the losers.(19)
